Since the raven guard are slightly underpowered, I have an idea to fix them a little
When you take a warlord (captain, CM, Chaplain) with a jump pack, you make jump infantry troops choices.
Thoughts?
Don't they have a FW character who already does this?

Korvydae. You must have one unit of Scouts but once you do Assault Marines are Troops.
Honestly I never saw the reason for letting a Bike Captain make Bike squads Troops but nothing similar for jump packs, I'd stick it in the core army list if it were up to me.
Their main issue is that their two CT rules are totally at odds with each other. I have no earthly idea why the Raven Guard rules deny scout to Jump Pack units.
GW is really pushing Shrike clones (jump packs) on the RG despite assault marines sorta being a BA thing. If they really wanted to make RG flavorful they'd focus on scouts and stealth. ASM have a role but RG is really about being sneaky bastards, with an Edgar Allen Poe theme.
Though the 30k rules were a huge letdown for RG...I'm really praying 1k sons don't let me down.
