Though it does pose the question, do Commissars threaten to shoot the tank crew if their in the tank and if they drive the tank forward to run over the enemy?

To be honest, the Commissar Centaur actually works, in a ridiculously over the top 40k kind of way. After all, you wouldn't put your tank in reverse if that guy was going to BLAM you with his Vanquisher cannon!

I had the same idea of fitting an Earthshaker on top of a Centaur.

Take a leadership test to see if the crew isn't too stunned to fire again on the next turn
