I still do not understand how you do it with such simple techniques. The mud really is excellent, as is everything else!

- Wood glue, a few drops of water, fine sand, and ... drumroll ... saw dust.
- mix it and cover the base with it
- wait fot the mud to dry, then paint it Bestial Brown. At this stage it'll look really ugly.
- Wash with Devlan Mud, maybe some Badab Black in deeper areas.
- The Edge of the base is painted Scorched Brown and washed with Badab Black

No worries Was thinking the other day... imagine if all the european Death Korps owners got together for a huge battle teaming up against all comers.. That would be something amazing... maybe in the future if there was a big event in europe

I was afraid the turret may look too big ... Now I think it could be bigger.

I'll have to build the boxes behind the tracks asap. If it looks ****, I'll use Leman Russes - because I found out what I didn't like about the Russ look: The standard hull.
Fortunately, ForgeWorld has the Mars Alpha Pattern hull, which just looks 100 times better. But that's just for when the MiniMacharius turns out really bad. (Or if I don't want to build more of this ... )

Yeah, I'm taking my time. I'm busy deflashing all this amount of resin ... there's a small chance of me going insane if I'm not putting it all away from time to time to do something else. ;D Damn resin. I love the details, but FUXX, it can be a PITA.

Small update:
I took the very first Death Korp that I painted, the Master of Ordnance, and gave him the arm of the tank commander, that is holding the binoculars. It's just a small thing but I'm happy that he finally is finished as I planed from the beginning.

I'll work in the left guy, too.
Meanwhile, the tank commander and two commissars are ready to be painted. I'm really looking forward to painting the later. :yes:
