Hi all. I decided to bring DraigoStar to TempleCon since they didn't nerf Invisibility... Lol. Anyways that's what I'm bringing to what I've been told is an awesome event with some of the best players in the country. It starts tomorrow and I will have batreps to follow.

Yea they work best in groups of 2+

I found you can't really afford one much less two with Draigo and the DevCents. The points aren't there.

Yea the list I run is a bit different, less bodies but has 2 DKs

I hung out at the con this evening. I really like the atmosphere and feel a little bit of luck. Lots of heavy hitters though... I look at this as an experiment and opportunity to learn.

Btw I heard this is the big Warmahorde scene... Lots of vendors.

So Wren I am interested to know how you run your pair of DK. I am thinking incinerator, psycannon and teleporter .

3rd Round - Astra Militarum

I run both with Sword, Incinerator, Cannon and teleporter

My one loss was against the daemon army that won the tourney. Two really tough battles today - first jetseer council with a Cullexus in a bastion with an escape hatch. Last game was epic battle versus daemons again... Lost Severian Loth and GK Librarian the first two turns to 11 on the warp storm table.

Oh snap man I didn't even read your post all the way through the first time. . . Loth and Libby to to the Warp Storm table? That's crazy. I think the Warp Storm has eaten maybe 1 or 2 enemy psykers in all my games.

Yea that would do it

Well his list averages what, ~23 power dice a turn? Meaning he can cast prescience first with probably 5 dice and reliably cast flickering fire at level 1 using 2 dice each time, 9 times. That 2d6 shots or ~7 x 9 for 63 S6 shots with the loci. At BS 4 and TL. Yea it's definitely good but it much more vulnerable then 5 flyrants which do it more consistently with optional skyfire on a more mobile and durable unit. Not much worse then 5-6 serpents either honestly. It's evil for sure, don't want to suggest otherwise, but no more evil then most tourny lists you see nowadays.

The worst thing is how much of a crap match up daemons are for centstar. It's not the end of the world but it's definitely not their favored draw
