I have put these guys up on ebay, at a reduced cost, I want to get it taken care of! Now starting bid is 2500, buck a point, + ROB board, FW, SWM and crashed Aquilla terrain, acrylic markers and BF Pack AIR bag -

I initially bought half of it from Jarrett Lee, a painter of no small reknown himself and then just continued to work on them and grow the army, modifying the scheme a touch and just putting in more detail, OSL and all kinds of other tricks. I would not hesitate to call this pro-painted and extremely high-end.

My reason for letting it go is quite simple really, I don't have time to play or paint anymore and I would rather see this army off to an enthusiastic new home where they will get the play they deserve while the models are all current, and the codex is hot.


So, included in this massive list -

- 60 warriors with ghost ark flayer rods

- 20 Immortals with Tesla

- 5 Deathmarks

- 1 Doomsday ark

- 1 Triarch Stalkers w/heatray

- 24 scarab bases

- 1 command barge

So, as you can see, a pretty massive offering, all at high production value, all tied in.

I'll also have another thread, shortly, where I will have a ton of stuff for sale, every single necron character built and primed on resin bases, 6 custom crypteks, 4 scythes, a ghost ark, 2 barges, something like 5-6 lord/overlords, a destroyer lord, 3 spiders, one triarch stalker, 5 praetorians, 5 lychguard, 5 deathmarks, 10 gauss immortals and I am probably forgetting something else but anyways, will post a link later... not sure what I am going to do with those in terms of selling individually or in batches... or just for the lot... they were meant to go with the above army to have a ridiculous mega crazy apocalypse force.

Around 2750 points I think.

Is it? I haven't worked it out since 6th early Ed, but I very comfortably maned 2k games with over half the army left over regularly, but I defer to more current counts!

@Johnny - As I said, YMMV, if your priority is points, then no, this is not worth the price for you. I am looking to sell more to a collector who games if you know what I mean.

That being said, the quality is easily competitive with top army painting houses out there, the attention to detail and resin basing, scenics and more across the entire army, the ROB board fully painted, the FW and other terrain, the BF bag. The value is there is you care about having a fantastic looking army and set-up at home.

Definitely not for everyone, but I'd stand by the deal compared to armies and packages of this level of finish for sale elsewhere. That being said, certainly, I am not pretending it's cheap if you simply want a necron army to store in a bag and take out for games in the store every couple of weeks.

I think it is worth reiterating the rules of the Swap Shop for the hard of reading - this is a trade thread, not a discussion thread. The OP is perfectly entitled to sell his goods at whatever price he deems fit. If you don't agree with it, fine but move on and keep your comments to yourself.

Moved to ebay, reduced the cost by 40%, I am not to prideful to admit perhaps I overestimated the market for them! Now, they are basically a buck a point, + the ROB board, terrain, acrylics and pack AIR BF bag... Starting bid is 2500 US, hopefully it is a fair spot to price them!
