I'm looking to add some color to some stone walls and thinking off doing some moss or lichen on them and wondering what a good meathod of that would be?

Thin olive green mixed to yellow (various shades), stippled on. You can also use very fine flock or sand if you want clumpy moss.

For the yellow lichen growing on rocks I used some of the green plant material from a Woodland Scenic's tree kit, then drybrushed it yellow.

I didn't consider painting the flock after applying it. I like that idea and shall give it a try. Thank you.

I used lustrian undergrowth to make the thin green moss on stonework
