HIGH QUALITY RESIN

Miniatures are casted in France by "GRX Creations", known for the outstanding quality of his work. Working with this kind of professional is an excellent guarantee of quality.

We chose not to use metal for some simple reasons :
• Resin miniatures are incredibly much more detailed !
• After miniatures coating, rendering and paint resistance are excellent and better, especially for the players.
• Lighter Miniatures, which lowers shipping costs !

Spoiler:
Who are we ...?

Skulls Mini was launched in Miniature World for over a year now. Our first project was The Miniatures from The Unicorn, licenced by Delcourt France.

Our goals are simple :
•To always produce the highest possible quality miniatures.
•To have the best contact, and an excellent customer service.

Who follow us ?

In order to obtain the highest quality miniatures, it seemed obvious that working with renowned actors was essential. However, we have not neglected the emerging talents from the miniature scene. Let me introduce them :

◢ Sculpture
• MIKH : Gob'Da and Sergeant'Gob
• Valentin ZAK : Wonder'Gob and Torch'Gob
• Patrick MASSON : Gob'Ninja
• Benoit CAUCHIE : Grumpy'Gob
• Christian HARDY : Aqua'Gob abd Hammer'Gob
• Tom HUGUES : Tazzer'Gob, Super'Gob and Tree'Troll
• Highlight to Stéphane CAMOSSETTO, who sculpted most of Gob'z'heroes: Big'Eye, Dragon'Gob, Gob'tective, Big'Red, Snot'Gob, Gob'Rabbit, and Troll'Thing. He will be chief sculptor in charge of BriK A BraK Episode 2, in cooperation with Mohammad Hossein Attaran.

◢ Design
• Stephano Moroni : He is the pencil of original concepts. Decisive in this project development, he was the first I worked with, around a simple idea ...
• Jean-Michel BRISSET : He realized every colorizations of Stephano's original concepts.
• DarkElixir : StreetGraphist at his firsts, a really talented artist who allow me to apprehend different views about Gob'z.
• Adrian Prado : He currently work for Bigchild Creative, Adrian make us an Episode 2 preview, in a beautiful scene.

◢ Paint

A bit special, because these peoples gave their hands in the project. They painted with passion and were friendly invested in the project. It seemed very important to us to name them :
• Martin Goumaz for his unbelievable diorama, Maxime Corbeil the Turtle, Nicolas Rouanet aka Juan, Yohan Leduc, Amon Chakai, John Keys, John Harrison, Jean-Marc Brisset, and Laurent Bons
• We confess we had the chance to work with Sergio Calvo, who painted GOB'DA. I offer my thanks to him, has he has not a lot of free time :-)

And Skulls Mini, Who, When, How ?

Let me introduce myself. I am "Antonioooh" online, and called Antoine ROFFE (in real life!). What I have done for this project? Well, not so much ...

I'm not very good to introduce myself. I was mostly very lucky to have the chance to work with all of these people !! Surely I am behind the project, by the countless hours devoted, but without the investment of all, this project could not have been carried out ...

- Special Thanks -

A little special thanks to someone who created the first Brik A Brak, who followed and supported me, who translate me (as my English is not very high, especially written), and with who I shared the project from the beginning : Cécil HIS-MAHIER. This project is from him too ... "Merci à toi mon pote"

WHY EUROS ?

Pledges are in Euros, as we are based in Europe and everyone could simply make a credit card payment through PayPal.

You don't even need to own a PayPal Account !!

PayPal will automatically convert your currency in euros. It is as simple as reliable !

SHIPPING

You must add shipping fees to your pledges ...

We hardly tried to create "shipping include" pledges and to be honest, we figured out that there will be too many issues to find a clear and fair solution for everyone; mainly looking at other previous campaigns ...

So, we worked to reach the lowest shipping fees as we could. You will just have to add for each pledge, corresponding shipping fees :

To France (Zone 0) :
1.Gob'Da : 6 €
2.Gob'Novice : 6 €
3.Gob'Confirmed : 6 €
4.Gob'Manager : 7 €
5.Gob'Chief : 7 €

To Europe (Zone 1) :
1.Gob'Da : 7 €
2.Gob'Novice : 7 €
3.Gob'Confirmed : 7 €
4.Gob'Manager : 8 €
5.Gob'Chief : 8 €

To International (Zone 2) :
1.Gob'Da : 7 €
2.Gob'Novice : 7 €
3.Gob'Confirmed : 7 €
4.Gob'Manager : 9 €
5.Gob'Chief : 9 €

If you take at least two pledges, only apply once the Gob'Chief fees ...
It seems really simply to us, but if you have a doubt, fell free to ask !

RISKS AND CHALLENGES

Spoiler:
This miniature range is our first project of this magnitude.

Our goal was to produce wonderful miniatures. We had to !

... and I hope we succeed !

We took big risks to get to this point, by our investment, both personal and financial. Many people have not heard of us yet. The challenge is just more exciting : provide a great product and convince you to remain into the project. Why that ?

Brik A Brak, it is 3 episodes :
1.Gob'z'heros
2.Gob'robots
3.Gob'vilains

If this episode is a success, the second one will launched as soon as possible (April or May), the third one will follow, and a game is scheduled for the end of the year. A real BRAWL GOB GAME ! ^^

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO MAKE 2015 ...

... A GOB'YEAR !!

FOR GENERAL PURPOSE

More information about our concepts and miniatures :

All these interpretations are parodies and painting works reflects personal interpretation of each artist. We sell unpainted resin miniatures and without paint. Our miniatures are costumed Goblins, paints can be applied to create your own Gob'z'heroes ...

Miniatures are casted with polyurethane resin (PU) and contain very small parts.

Products not suitable for children under 4 years old.

These sculpts have a ton of character! I wish it was on Kickstarter... but very tempting all the same.

Absolutely excellent presentation on these minis (including 360s of the unpainted casts in the middle of the page ).

Edit: They have an adorable "stretch troll" at 14K that I'm not sure I'll be able to resist!

The campaign had been started over a month ago and has already gone through a cease and desist. I'm hoping they figured out their copyright issues. I think I might need these.

Fine, but they did stop the IndieGoGo campaign, change the names of a bunch of the gobbos, and re-painted them too.

Again, I assume that means there's not going to be any further actions and the campaign should be completed.

You can see a bit of the conversation here, including the Skulls Minis guys interpretation:

http://www.wampforum.com/VB4/showthread.php?t=17687

Basically, Marvel made the campaign changed color and iconography on the minis. Biggest change was to replace the claws on the not-Wolverine; I guess Wolvies claws are too iconic for anyone else to use.
