sweet concept. i had the same idea with Rusty only i put the barrel at the end of the arm instead of on the hand.

it was a quick decision today... before that i was thinking along that line too...but my wife provided me with those clamps for cable securing and then inspiration hit me^^

Not much I could find that actually fires rivets as opposed to just putting them in metal using a gun-like object, but I found this from bioshock:

And Vik, remember, just keep building up with small details here. You've got the main body, the support structure figured out. Now, add detail, layers of cables and pistons and wires and struts and armour, piece by piece, and you'll have something amazing.

that is the plan to the letter!!!! i think this will test some limits of my abilities quite good... but i guess i can get some new expierience out of this build too...
by the way... what is my project doing in your hands?
