One of my favourites is this guy, built and painted to match the box art from 2nd Edition 40k.

I am also very fond of my Raven Guard Scout squad, each model is converted from the LSS Scouts and the normal CCW ones, and there are some pretty awesome poses in there:

And for something non-40k, this Deadzone Enforcer I converted and painted as an homage to the DC Comics character Deathstroke/Slade Wilson. A pretty simple conversion, but I do love his pose

This conversion - a captain riding a great eagle (that could represent a thunderwolf of something). I made the eagle from the 'Island of Blood' Griffon and I sculpted most of the underbelly feathers myself from Green Stuff

The Ordo Reductor - the guy's who make wonderful things like the Landraider Achillies, but can't use them in battle..
