So one of the best things about the internet i believe are podcasts. Ranging into so many styles and content , they are sources of both information and entertainment.

Not sure of the links, as I just subscribe to all mine on iTunes, but I really enjoy:

Penn's Sunday School - Penn of Penn&Teller talks about all sorts of things as an Atheist, Libertarian Bob Dylan loving magician.
Greg Proops Proopcast - The guy from Whose Line Is It Anyway who had specs and big hair gets passionate about poetry and politics.
Geek in the City - Portland geeks discuss many geeky topics.
How Did This Get Made - Three comedians watch bad movies and discuss them in not so serious ways.

I used to really like Welcome To That Whole Thing, but they retired recently :(

I'm partial to the co-optional, although it often depends on the guest.

I end up watching Co-Optional on youtube. I also really enjoy watching Preach Gamings Drama Time shows for all that WoW Drama I miss out on now that I don't play any longer.

I've been thinking about starting a 40k podcast lately.
My favorite podcast of all time has to be the Nerdist's Jonah Raydio.

I'm not a big podcast fan, but there are two that I listen to frequently:

StarTalk Radio (with Neil deGrasse Tyson) & Hardcore History (with Dan Carlin)

And some, I assume, are good people."

The emigrant in me will be showing with these choices, but I must have a listen to that Welcome to Nightvale one, my students are always raving about it.

I like the Irish Times Politics and World View podcasts, especially because they coincide with Wednesdays, which is when I stay in work late to mark and catch up on admin.

I also really like the Irish History Podcast by Finn Dwyer. Really well researched and thorough but with a fairly nice conversational style. He starts around 800 BC in the Viking era and pretty much goes year by year through history. He's now up to the early years of the Norman invasions. He also does lots of specials on other interesting topics. My girlfriend hates it though because sometimes he mangles his delivery with poor word choice. The site also has some interesting articles.

I used to listen religiously to Radiodrome, however I quit the moment one of the hosts, Brad Jones, quit and left us with just the other host: Josh Hadley, he's way too whiny and insufferable on his own. Shame really, as they did some interesting talk on movies and whatnot.

Only one I really follow right now is Shut up, Bentley!

Never really been into podcasts for some reason. Only one I've ever listened to was Hardcore History. I'll generally listen to an episode or two on long road trips.

The Independent Characters Podcast A couple of dudes that make a reasonably professional podcast for GW and FW. Their coverage of the Imperial Armor and Horus Heresy books are excellently done. It's a shame they're going off the air.

Sad.
