With the new "min 'dex" book style and the rapid release schedule GW has been keeping up, the way is paved for all sorts of niche factions that didn't get much attention previously to come to the 'fore. What are some books akin to Khorne Daemonkin, Harlequins, and Skitarii that you want to see in the future? What would make them stand out as a faction?

My list:

Exodites: Because dinosaur-riding eldar are awesome, and because an all-cavalry/beast army would be a ton of fun!

Earth Caste: Because I want to see what an all-drone army with some fusion of synapse and skitarii protocols would look like. Plus, I like the idea of a little Earth Caste strategist desperately trying to hold off the enemy while waiting for fire caste reinforcements.

Genestealer Cult: Lots of infiltration, unique psychic powers, and maybe a return to something Ymgarly.

Queue up the SoB requests.....

Deathwatch. That would be all I would buy.

IDC as long as it aint one to buff the imperium... besides SOB... they are almost as neglected as DE/Tau were... if not more.


But i wish... personally... that they all focus on a Decent Ork dex... just so we can have fun playing our army again...

I was just thinking about this earlier. For me, I want to see a book for Tuska the Daemon-Killa. I know a lot of people love the story of the Orks that launched a Waaagh into the Eye of Terror. It would be nice to see that story expanded on, and would be a great way to reintroduce Chaosified Orks to the setting. Mutant Boyz, Stormboys of Khorne, Possessed Warpheads. Unfortunately that probably will never happen, but if these rumors about Genestealer Cults are true(another favorite of mine), then I guess anything is possible.

It's a travesty that these guys have been removed and ignored for so long.

And just give us old school cult goodness. We don't need a giant robot shaped like a genestealer or similar foolishness they insist on putting in every army these days...

Oh good god, absoultly none. We have beyond to manu books as it is, adding more will just spread focus even less, letting the problems in the current books grow.
Then again, since when does GW ever fix anything they release?May as well keep piling it on up. So how about a mini dex for another chaos god? Slannesh could use some stronger fluff

Genestealer Cults would be my favoured choice - partly cos they have so much possibility for fun rules / models and partly as it at least gives Tyrnaid players a Ally

Slann - well them Lizardmen need a game to play in it also matches the desitre to go back to old fluff.

Genestealer cults would be great. From a gameplay perspective, it would allow 'nids to have battle brother allies and from a lore perspective they're simply an awesome faction!

I'd love to see hrud brought into the game as a playable faction. They could have some crazy rules to represent their entropic aura.

I'd say Tau Auxiliaries, but the'y work better as formations for Tau faction...

Gives me new options of dreadknights to spam with a min term squad and lvl 3 libby.

New options included purifiers piloting deadknights.
Granting cleansing flame - can also take double heavy Psycannons.

Grandmaster dreadknight
comes with 6 wounds 4+ FNP eternal warrior and level 2 sanctic powers. Hammerhand hand will give him str D.

New upgrade for standard dreadknights - (super heavy incinerator) Str D torrent and str8 ap2 soulblaze effect.

Snakebites: Ork Boyz and Cyboar Cavalry. Squig swarms. Squiggoths. Squiggly Squiggo Squigness.

Exodites: Dinosaur Wood Elf Rangers in SPAAAAAACE

Freebootas: Roks and Flying Assault Transports.

like the Dogs of War book for fantasy, I'd love to see a Pirates/Mercenaries book with Eldar corsairs, Ork Freebooterz, Rogue Traders, other scum. All as separate data sheets/formations, but also a few formations that includes several of the units with buffs accordingly.

I'm hoping for all the Guard splits to get some sort of attention. Right now the GW store still has models for Tanith, Catachan, Mordian, Tallarn and maybe something else. Loop them all together and make them a codex. Probably won't because it'd split focus to too many varieties that are basically just guardsmen so they'll die anyways.

Sisters need a mini dex and some plastic.

I'd like to see a mini dex for my Black Templars adding some of the flavour back into the army.

But, honestly, Gene Stealers would be fantastic.

I know it's a long shot, but I'd love to see the Silent King and the Triarch make an appearance in a codex/supplement.

But more realistically, since I play Nids, give me a reason to use Genestealers, plox.
