Here's mine. Captain Corvalius of the Iron Knights Third Company.



It's a sanguinary guard head to give him an Iron halo (blood drop removed). I made the model before the Shield Ubiquitous codex came out.

There's a grey knight storm bolter on the far side. I run this as the "Primarch's Wrath" relic.

Arkon is mostly normal CSM parts, an Anvil axe, and a spare Malifaux head.

Can someone please post photos of HEROS with Jump Packs, I was wondering how I am going to build one

Jump Captain:

Almost entirely from the vanguard vet box. The halo is from the multipart commander IIRC, not sure where the head came from.

Jump Librarian:

(Jump pack not attached in this pic) He’s a mix of vanguard vet parts and a GK strike squad. The Honor Guard next to him is mostly sternguard parts, although I think the torso is just from a tactical box, and I’m not sure where the axe came from. Probably assault marines, but it might be a de-wolfed SW bit.

And this guy, a jump Librarian... He was from a 'special ops' styled army that I built some years ago, with jump packs replaced with personal teleporter units. The 'swirly' but aroun dhim is supposed to represent residual teleporter effect, and was painted with some funky source lighting by the painter.

Fine assortment of conversions here, thought I'd throw in a few of mine

This one is probs my favorite single model. Everything about him was a test and it worked out great. The shoulder combi-plas, the skull-face, the broken gauntlets, the power axe, all first attempts and all worked well imo


This guy I really like for the pose (which to me says "You, you're next!") and the half-face he's got going on. the head is from the previous tac kit and is probably the best I've got as far as faces and skin goes


This was my first bike conversion and also anything bigger than a terminator. I used the DV bike sgt as a base. I really tried to avoid the ghostrider look but there's only so much you can do with skulls and chains


This is my HQ converted from an AoBR captain. He's since been painted but I dont have any good pictures of him painted that show the details as well. This conversion was a huge step forward for me and my abilities.


I have another HQ in the works but I've been on modeling hiatus for a while now. thinking about getting back in when my finances will allow.

May as well throw mine into the mix. He's a Captain in Artificier Armour, with a relic blade and the 'Primarch's Wrath'. I built him from an EM4 Space Ranger sergeant and bits from a terminator kit - the sword blade is a piece of sprue.
