I was wondering what a decent weapon choice would be for a Seraphim model. At the moment it'll be a one off piece for a present however if it is decided to make more I'd prefer the original model to be useful. I don't know much at all about how the army works so I'm at a loss as to how I should go about preparing the model.

If it isn't too difficult to create the aesthetic I'm going for (Norse sororitas army) I plan to eventually make a complete (small) army for my sister who plays/played Space Wolves.

Well, the options are two bolt pistols, two hand flamers, or two inferno pistols. Unless she is the squad leader, then she can have a plasma pistol and power sword if you want.

Ooh, a power spear for the Valkyrie... And model a small buckler on the pistol hand maybe, purely for aesthetic reasons

You say that I am crazy. I say that you are right!

I think for a first run through I'll make a double flamer Valkyrie (Seraphim). I eventually want to make a Saint Celestine and with her I'll probably give her a spear (Or long handled sword that looks similar to a spear) and possibly a shield for a more nordic appearance.

Spears do seem to be a popular choice for Celestine.
