Nice work on the... I guess it's peeled back skin, around the mouth. It looks appropriately gross.

I think a bit of a wash with a dark shade on the purple parts would give it some more depth, but otherwise it looks great.

That skin really does look gross in a good way, lol.

I like the green slime on the base. What did you use to do that?

I'm guessing Nurgle's rot from the GW special effect set.

I did wash the skin with druchii violet and then lightly brushed with genestealer purple. Perhaps some nuln oil wouldn't go amiss.

Yep the goo was a solid layer of caliban green over the base and then about 3 layers of nurgles rot. It's not quite as shiny as I hoped but I guess I can run some gloss over it!
