2 minutes maybe. I'd like to say that I have some super incredible skills but the truth is, I just know how search operators work. And, after reading this post, you will too. 
You can search google for stuff on dakka by putting "allegorical flood" site:dakkadakka.com . This will search for that exact phrase when hosted on Dakkadakka.com.
That found the quote, but some people used it in their signature block, so I tweaked the search to "allegorical flood" -bullockist site:dakkadakka.com which A.) Searches for exact phrase in quotes, B.) removes pages where Bullockist also posted, and C.) restricted it to pages on Dakkadakka.com.... the search results are now 3 links all to the same page. From there it's just remove the userfilter from the URL, and ctrl F for allegorical.

I personaly have to disagree, the moderators on this site are a bunch of fascists who have never heard of the right to "FREEDOM OF SPEECH". Most privatly run forums on the internet are like this these days.. If you go againt the norm, or point out Hard truths, that the general delusional public that frequent that forum disagree with you get baned or edetid. Dakka Dakka are the same as say MMORPG.com.. They have a personal interest that some "truths" should not be known. And they are suported by their "FANBOY" Squad, who report and try to shut down anyone that speaks out of term.
In the old days we had the Curch doing this.. someone said the earth is round and it goes around the sun... The Curch "Fanboys" screamed -"Heratic! BURN HIM At THE STAKE!!!". That he was Right matterd not. Same goes on privatly run forums in the 21st century..
I suspect I will get edited and Baned for my "truth" speaking so catch you all on the flip-side....HAHAH
This donkey-cave opened up a delightful can of whoop ass and mockery onto himself and while the thread was short-lived, it is one I still fondly remember. Reds8n's replies in particular are a work of art.
