The guard only fight with tanks and hordes of infantry. Guardsmen only exist to lubricate tank treads with their blood. There are no tactics beside sit there, let them come to us and bum rush them.

Lets see
Coteaz really must have hated my orks since he was in almost every battle fought last edition. But he is ok with my radical inquisitor army since I hardly face him any more.
There must be a forge world that recently upped their grav weapon and knight production,they would probably be pretty rich right now.
The wolf breeding program must have gone horrible out of control they are sending them in battle in large numbers to reduce the population.
Tau battle suits, 1 inquisitor with servo skulls, spore mines and flyrants. This is easy the suits are filled with a genestealer cult and the inquisitor is really a genestealer magos.
Kyros must be the only greater tzeentch deamon left and he really loves to bring his council.
There must be a space marine outlaw biker gang with a love of big dogs that doesn't give a crap about normal chapter organisation rules.
Some major forgeworlds are involved in rhino and razorback price wars.
The baron was the great divide between the dark and the normal eldar. They get along perfectly now since they killed him.

You play Dark Eldar? Urggg, so much cheese in your army! They're such pansy space elves that are tricksy and are easy to win with.
It's...very surprising how people call my Dark Eldar out as being OP when, in my opinion, we are in fact one of the weaker armies out there.
Fluffwise, my army is known around the store as the Spandex Wearing Space Elves.
