^This.

Not everyone wants a battlefield that's imperial building heavy.

How about a range of Eldar, Tau etc buildings, plus various alien vegetation, hills, rocky crags etc.

Of course, they'd all be way over-priced for something you can just scratch-build - which is much easier for xenos terrain/buildings than imperial, because you can just go nuts - there's no right or wrong!

Dark Angels/Deathwing - just getting started!
Space Marines - Stark Crusaders 4500pts/PL244 (2700pts painted)
Eldar - Biel Tan 2000pts
Space Wolves 1500pts

I'd love kits that emulated the buildings from the Dawn of War games.

Xenos Terrain.

Crashed Ships (not the crashed fighters/planes but literally a crashed destroyer/frigate (yes I know this would be about the size of a gaming board)).

Imperial Civilian equipment - e.g. Cars, Buses, Trains, telephone booths...... instead of seeing Manufactorums or shrines I want to see what the day to day people of the Imperium use/ live with.

I initially read the title as "What piece of scenery would you make love to"

Honestly though, I really don't care too much about scenery, it's something I realize is probably necessary but I really don't pay attention to or care about it. One of those "in the background necessities" for me (for lack of a better term).
HOWEVER if GW made a kit of this:

Or anything else suitably silly, I'd buy at least one kit in a heartbeart!

Otherwise... I don't think i'd ever be inclined to get any scenery, lord help me if I try to get my own table...

Don't believe me? It's all in the numbers.

I would love to see GW do Xenos terrain... I find it unlikely GW would want to give it that much support, so I picture a one off set of Necrontyr ruins... I think that it works well since they span the galaxy more... I think one small reason GW doesn't do Xenos terrain is that they try to minimize the Imperium as the active aggressor, where the vast majority of the time it's the imperium on the ropes.

Honestly, I would just be happy if they reproduced the Necromunda plastic bulkheads. Lots of uses for those things.

For everyone wanting Xenos terrain, I found it for you:

In all seriousness, I think modular things like the realm gates and various smaller pieces of AoS terrain are good overall.

So while I don't think we'd ever see a "Tau Cadre Colony Sector" set, i think having a couple modular pieces of "campaign" type terrain for most Xeno races would be good for the game.

What I never understood with recent GW releases was why they didnt create a few Xenos kits when pushing new codex releases with each army. Dosent have to be a huge terrain kit or set of kits, just one or two iconic pieces, like an Eldar webway, Tau firebase, Nid capillary towers etc.
They would certainly sell these kits as the desire for hem seems anecdotely high and it would certainly add value to each new release schedule.

Granted production and design capacity would have to be taken into account but if they can set up their machines to do yet another set of craters or generic imperial structure, surely they cna belt out a few Xenos pieces?

Really liked the look of the Ork Forts they used to make. Would be cool to see a respin of those. Concur with the idea above to make an Ork Rok.

Found some old Ork barricades a few months back at local swap meet. Those are very cool.

I agree. Also, based upon the artwork they produced for the board pieces for both Space Hulk and Assassinorum: Execution Force, they could easily produce some spectacular card terrain for both their starter sets and campaign boxed sets if they chose to: no glue and no paint, flatpacks easily in a box, and includes high-res detail. Seems like a no-brainer.

Which is probably why we'll never see it
