So GW's official YouTube account has been doing this thing where they publish a video every day of december where they address a common question about painting.
It's pretty good, but there are some flaws such as how they just release 3 or 4 videos every 3 or 4 days instead of 1 every day.
What do you think?

First I've heard of it. I'll check it out later and see what I think.

It is about as well publicised as anything else GW do then...

I watched a couple of them in the thread discussing them and was unimpressed.

It can be pretty useful, for things such as painting stubble and Harlequin diamonds.
Other times it's just thing like T'au sept armor...

Some of it's good, as jer155 said, and some of it's useless.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!

This is my ranking of the stuff that's useful and the stuff that's useless:
Useful:
Spoiler:
-white scars power armor
-power/force weapons
-teal vindicators
-tau skin
-pale skin
-volcanic base
-dark skin
-IF power armor
-stubble/beards

Not useful:
Spoiler:
the rest.
What? I really didn't want to write the rest of the video titles.

this is very official and professional.

GW does a lot of daft and pointless things: this isn't one of them. Anything that gets people thinking about painting is a good thing IMO. Their mainly aimed at people with little to moderate experience, and the videos do a pretty good job of explaining simple techniques to produce a good-looking tabletop army.

I... actually don't know. Help?

I'm not the only one who noticed her hand thing!

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Although they're bad at releasing them. I just got episode 21 (it's the 22nd today) in my Youtube feed. Why not just schedule the videos so that each comes up 12:00 GMT?

I will also say that emma's voice grates on me slightly and she seems rushed, duncan ftw
