I did a minimum Pledge, then upgraded in the Pledge Manager, to see what the armies were looking like before choosing.

I tried stopping by the digital store, in case I had just missed it, but no luck.

I did buy Uncharted Empires while I was there, though.

I just went to Mantic Digital to finalize my Warpath Pledge, and DoK is there. I opened it in my browser, but for whatever reason I couldn't save it on my computer, and it isn't showing up on my phone. Weird.

That's fairly dodgy if they did so. If they allow an upgrade in the PM, it's especially so. Did they release the army builder app?

yes, It was a nice little show of great customer service. I got it before they took it down, I pledged the $1 and then upped to $50 later due to bills, but I felt that we should all get it since they got our $$$$.

I didn't get mine- $1 pledge then up to God of War (missed the pledge manager due to breeding, but I e-mailed in to ask if I could, and Rich sorted it out for me- people crap on Mantic's service sometimes, but it was a good experience) but I haven't seen my link.

There's a reason to crap on Matic's customer service. Rich typically doesn't answer my emails at all until I go over his head. Even then, I get vage promises rather than any concrete idea why I haven't received my KoW2 wave 1 or wave 2 or if they are even on their way. I also upped my pledge well past $50 after the KS ended, but never received a link.

This reflects my experience as well. Whilst they may make things right...in the end...for many people (but not everyone), why does it require the customer to register the complaint or ask the question and keep the pressure on? Why can't Mantic proactively anticipate problems or concerns?
