I want to make some snipers but the models themself are expensive and kind of just look like normal las guns. Any can buy and convert on?

Have you gotten any Cadian or Catachan Command Squad boxes? They come with parts for Snipers.

Like Kanluwen wrote, I went with the parts from both command squad boxes for my snipers. They still do look kinda like lasguns though but I mean that's what they are really, las-snipers.

I recently did some using Empire Handgunner rifles



They're long and archaic looking and fit will with my Tallarn. Depending on you army they might not fit though.

Raging Heroes has female Snipers in the different aesthetic varieties. (Essentially Cadian, Catachan, and Mordian.)

Those cloaks are a pain to get on right though.
But Vic's sniper rifles are great. She also sells arms to go along with them, so you don't need to cut up a pair yourself.

Cheapest is to just go with the parts you get in the command box though, as you are probably going to need that box anyways if you are not planning on going entirely for 3rd party miniatures.

Also, sniper rifles are supposed to look like lasguns because they are lasguns.

Yea I used the same bits but I've got so many I used as regular guys.

I like th options guys. I always take more.

I get they are las guns but they should be something more.
