I read today's post. It's actually a big improvement over what we got previously. Kudos to GW if they keep this up.

Yeah I used to love the old "We let Jervis out of the cage to write this article" type of stuff from Fat Bloke and co.

The levity and emotion in the post for today was quite unexpected. Certainly a better way to market their items a lot more than stating boring "facts", 2 green thumbs up.

I'm glad that they're lightening the tone up a bit. It's nice to read a blog post that sounds like it was written by a person instead of a machine. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the post the other day about building an iron priest on a thunderwolf. I hope they intend to give more hobby tips and such on the site like they used to.

They are having fun with it again, which is nice. I can't wait to see how the promotion, WD, social media, events, etc. shapes up around the release of Blood Bowl

IMO that humor always made GW more fun. They did dial it back down to about a level of a Southwest Airlines flight attendant for a decade or so but now it's back up.

Well, it seems like GW is really trying to get back to where they used to be. And good on them. I know with a lot of my gaming buddies it is too little too late, but this is good to hear that they have rediscovered humour.

As I've said before, the new guy at the top appears to be collecting all the crap Tom Kirby came up with and dumping it where it belongs. In the incinerator.

And still far from being a long, even mid-term solution to their hideous pricing strategy, which only seems to be getting worse recently (Wulfen lol).

I have to say myself, I'm the most enthusiastic I've been about GW in many years, probably ever since I bought the limited edition 6th 40k rule book and then found it invalidated in two years!

I'm not sure what old WD humour was, but seeing "Deathwatch: the Playthroughening" today was pretty funny.

Yea WNT has definitely had a lighter, more playfeel to it the last while.
