With the return of Deathwatch this is a legitimate question.

If your HOT girlfriend/wife/fiance was given the tongue by a pure-strain and you know for certain she is infected (and she wants kids now) what would you do? You could still do it and turn her in afterwards but won't you then be infected and also the authorities will probably detain you.

I guess this is a case of you either thinking with your junk or your head. Secondly if you do decide not to - do you turn her into the imperial authorities where she will likely be killed or just dump her? (In which case she will likely find some other dude and etc) Also the authorities might detain you anyway because they can't be certain you aren't infected too.

Personally depending on how hot the girlfriend is and how much I like her will be the only real factor in my decision.

Current protocol is that the infected and anyone who she's been in contact with to be quarantined and at the very least tested.

Considering I actually play nids and have a distaste for squishy humans, I would totally procreate with her and probably ask her to introduce me to said genestealer.

Then I'd probably be slapped in the face for cheating on her with basically every woman in the nearby town.

This is a very immature question at its base, but I'll bite.
My partner and I have 2 children already, and if I KNEW she's been infected, she'd be handed straight in. I couldn't risk my mutant baby harming my already born children, and those being infected too.

But, Genestealer impregnation leaves no signs other than a desperate need to procreate in a stable, family environment, so simply 'dumping' your partner would do nothing, as they woild happily abandon their human family in favour of finding a willing mate, who would quickly join the brood, as genestealer procreation mind control makes both parents adore their mutant offspring.

On a final note, if you truly care for your partner, why does matter how 'hot' they are? Surely you already find them beautiful within and without?

Yes, it has, in full and glorious detail.

They use an organ in their mouth called an ovipositor (it's not actually their tongue, it's underneath that) to implant a small 'egg' in the host. The egg then infects the host with retrovirii that first trick the host's immune system into accepting the egg as part of the host's biology, and then alter the host's brain chemistry and reproductive organs.

The brain alteration makes the host telepathically receptive to the genestealer, effectively creating a small-scale hive mind that also causes all members of the cult to love the original genestealer like a father and want to obey it. The brain alteration then stimulates the host to desire to have as many children as possible.

The reproductive alteration ensures that all children are first-generation hybrids. The baby then retroactively induces the same brain chemistry alterations in the mother that the genestealer egg made in the father. If the mother is the one carrying a genestealer egg, then it's up to her to convince the father to allow the genestealer to implant an egg in him.
