Deathskulls. Proppa Orks with good looting values. Gits nowadays are always too quick to dakka dis or krump dat but their missing the WAAAGH! for the Boyz. A proppa scrap is all well n good but wuts betta then findin some nice bit of kit after da fight (or during if da boss isn't lookin) to snazz up yer shoota or make yer choppa extra pointy. Then you got even betta gear fer the next fight.

On table: Deathskullz. I love Lootaz and kit bash conversions so this was an easy pick for my Ork armies main theme.

Deathskulls. My Orks get to grab all the spare bits from my Guard and marine armies.

Deathskulls, they are smart enough to realize that fighting is only half the Waaaagh! It's a bit fuzzy but I recall something about a Deathskull who wanted to be da best loota uv dem all. His klan built some kind of huge Traktor beam system on a moon of an inhabited planet then used it to crash the moon into the planet. He and his Boyz then turned the fragments into roks thereby looting a whole planet.

You know wars interesting? Despite GW pushing Goffs so hard, they're not even in the top 3 klans so far.

I'm hopeful that they will eventually release a Klan supplement, with different core choices for each Klan. I might be persuade to splash some cash on that.

There's probably a bit of backlash from them having taken centre stage for so long. It was the same with Ultramarines when they were the posterboys of 40k.
Goffs aren't a bad clan, just a bit generic these days.
Saying that, a nicely done Goff army with back banners, extra horns, furs, hunting squigs, huge mobs of gretchin slaves, checks and bull motifs everywhere would make me sit up sit up and say wow.
I think most of us strive to make our armies a little different so pushing against the vanilla is inevitable.
