I found a site that sells bases that you can use in 40k at a really low price, around 3 american dollars for 10 really nice resin bases, and a lot of different custom bases that cost the same as if you bought just plain black bases from gw. Thoughts? dragonforge.com

They have been around for years. Have no fears buying from them.

Well established, good quality. Can take a while for orders to fulfil (couple of months or so, though it may be better on your side of the Atlantic), but tthen it's a one man operation so that's understandable.

Yeah it will take a while to get to you, but they are good bases and I usually suggest them along with secret weapon miniatures as my go to resin base sellers

I second the above; great product, order well before you 'need' them. Took me ~6 weeks to get mine (almost long enough for me to forget I ordered them).
