Was just messing around using the Tau Formations with an Eldar Primary to see the kind of stupidity I could come up with,

Looks like a solid, yet unfriendly list.

...I....it's....I just....Wow.

I'd drop 1 of the Seers for a unit of 4-5 bikes for the other Seer to join. With less Eldar to support, you are better off with more shots. In a bigger unit the remaining seer is not only better protected, but has a more effective unit to Guide.

I keep forgetting how the +BS rule are for the Riptides. Having 3 in 1 unit makes them +1 BS no matter who shoots where, correct? would it not be better to put the HBC Tides in the Triptide unit? Also aren't Ions better at killing Flyers?

If so do this:

units of riptides are very bad, anything that causes you to take a leadership will be very harsh.

I'd rather drop a farseer and a unit of bikes and some wargear for this
