Hi guys,so i finished this Valkyrie today, and i am quite happy with the result !

Its made out of paper, except some minor things and details . I used some harder drawing paper,A4 format,Semi-Glossy.

Then just put some primer over it,and colored like any other plastic model.
The color scheme is totally random,as well as the Plasma gun mounted on the side. Why plasma gun ? Cause i had it lying around and thought it would look cool....

And hey,its made out of paper, what more can i ask for ?!

There are many many errors on this thing, but all in all im quite happy with the result....

NEXT UP - Papercraft Land Raiders , for my Salamanders army... stay tuned !

With the tremendous effort you clearly put into it, I agree it needs a more elaborate paint scheme. It deserves it. Amazing papercraft there.

And people say GW need to be worried about 3D printers... Stop the presses. I think the 3D printers need to be worried about you haha.

This looks great, you know, when someone does a really good paint job of a stock model it's something to be proud of, but when it's a really good paint job of something they've built from scratch, then they have even more right to be proud of it.

Thaks guys !
Well yeah, the paint job was just something quick and painless,i had no plan on something "flashy" or maybe something creative,i do lack colors , i was a long time plastic modeller but those times are long gone,so i just used what i had left ...
I dont know man, 3D printers are cool and all,but this is MUUUUCH cheaper. and you can basically do the same thing, with nerves of steel... this is my first papercraft ever, and i just wanted to try it out, look how it will work and take colors...
I assure you, that the next thing i do,wich are Land Raiders , will have much better paint jobs... i have some cool ideas, and i love the Salamanders schemes soooo.... stay tuned,im not done yet man. Not at all
Those beasts will rock the casbah... or at least i hope....

I think this is a great example of people who put effort into the model and make it work. I know some people are not big fan of papercraft but most of the time it is never done to this level or ever finished.

This is awesome and would love to play against someone who puts that much effort into anything!

Good job done sir!

I think it looks really good and would be a nice replacement.
How much time did you invest in building it?

I dont know, around maybe.... 25 hours? I worked on it for three weeks, when i came home from work to have something to do. Also,my love hates the smell of plastic glue so this was a nice go-around
