You know him, you love him. You hate how easy he is to kill, and his model just doesn't do him justice. I'm looking for help on converting a truly menacing Tyberos. I draw my inspirationfrom this picture. He radiates "you're going to die as painfully as you are bloodily". Looking for any and all input. Looks like start with a cataphractii body with chaos bits?

Jesus that is an amazing and imposing picture. I think that Mantis Warrior is going to need a new pair of drawers.

The black rage is within us all. Lies offer no shield against the inevitable. You speak of donning the black of duty for the red of brotherhood; but it is the black of rage you shall wear when the darkness comes for you.

I would say true scale a cataphratchii terminator to start. After that you will need curved lightning claws maybe the dark fury ravens talons would work for that (just the talon part not the actual glove) and then you need chain fists for the palms. Maybe you could scavenge those from actual terminator chain fists

I like the Forge World model, very cool look to him, but that picture is awesome!

I'll have to look at my figure, and see what would be usable to convert to that figure. I think you could use a Cataphratchii or a regular Terminator, just true scale it to make it look larger like that.

If anything, true-scale a Tartaros or normal terminator, he doesn't look to be wearing cataphractii plate at all in that picture.

depends on how much youre willing to convert..you could use a centurion to get the height and bulk. ive seen true scale terminators done with them before.

Tyberos wears a unique suit of TDA that is similar to Indomitus Armour, but more rounded, and has bonding studs in the fashion of MkV Power Armour. Cataphractii is too tall, too square and too bulky.

Not sure but the artist apparently went to the Rob Liefeld school of proportions and scale.
