I'm looking to build a force of dragon ogres and dragon ogre shaggoth but want to ask about their fluff first, would it be alright to build a force that hate the fact their sworn to chaos? That hate the gods?

I recall reading/hearing something that the Dragon Ogres (ogors) were betrayed by the chaos gods when the old world was destoryed, and forced to serve them eternally. I can't remember where this came from though. Possibly Grand Alliance: Chaos?

Anyway point being I think it would fit just fine with the fluff to have chaos-hating Dragon Ogres

Absolutely. We have Stormcasts that drink blood now. No reason you can't explore something new.

Perhaps they have their own dark god now. One that can become a reality the more people believe in its existence through the violence they enact.

Yeah it fits perfectly, although they are so old that they have probably forgotten the reasons why. I'll never forgive the end times writers for not having Krakenroc the Black awakening at the end.

Definitely do it and post pics, I love dragon ogres and the plastic ones are a joy to paint.

In one of the novels there is a Bloodbound champion who is explicitly trying to become stronger so he can one day kill Khorne. He hates chaos with every fiber of his being, but Khorne throws blessings on him anyway (cares not from whence the blood flows and all that). So I'm pretty sure your fluff fits just fine.
