So using rules from Imperial Knights, Wraithknights, Grey Knight Dreadnoughts, and Dreadknights as inspiration and basis of comparison I've come up with a couple variants here. One is a superheavy walker, the other a gargantuan creature. Either way I think about 745 points would be appropriate. Let me know which one you like better and what you like/what you would change.

Nemesis Psytitan 745 pts

With Chaos, Tzeench would probably turn your hands, feet and face into
scrotums, complete with appropriate nerve endings. Then Khorne would
force you and all your friends to fight to the death using your new
scrotal appendages. Once they get tired of that, you get tossed to
Slaanesh who <censored by order of the Inquisition>, until you finally
end up in Nurgle's clutches and he uses you as a loofah.

That's an insane amount of points for not a lot of benefit.

Huh, and here I was afraid that people would say it was under priced. Really I just took Imperial Knight stats and made things better. Altered them a bit for the gargantuan creature build obviously.

Maybe 550 points? It's not that different from a Knight Warden, actually, except that its shielding covers all sides and it's a lv 2 psyker. Both of these things are very good, but not OP.

What difference would "It will not die" and a much greater range on the gatling weapon make (seriously, it's shadow would reach further than 36")?

Wildly over-priced, also, this kind of goes against the Grey Knights as a strike force aesthetic doesn't it? If they need that kind of firepower they'd surely call in some knights or titans directly?

As for if it fits the fluff....I like the idea of the Grey Knights requisitioning a tailor made super heavy walker or an up sized dreadknight. This in response to the the increasing frequency of gargantuan sized deamons and chaos walkers that are pouring out of the eye....or something like that.

I thought there were "daemon-hunting knights of Titan"? Why not actual Titans too? If Angron is chewing his way through Guard regiments and Space Marines with twenty Bloodthirsters in his gang, are you going to stand fifty blokes in front of them firing bolters, or do you drop a Titan on their heads?

So looking at the comments and at the rules for the units I used as comparison it's now obvious I erred waaaaay to much on the side of caution with the points value for these. Knock the cost down to 445. More reasonable?

Both still die to a Wraithknight. Maybe that tells more about the WK than the GK titans here.

Hmmm, another change. Bump the strength of the *Avenger* Psycannon (I think that name is better then Gatling Psycannon) to 8. So it's now R:36" S:8 AP:3 Heavy 12, Rending.

And definitely bringing the points cost down to 445

Also, I thin that smart decisions could have either of these versions going toe to toe with a wraithknight. It would come down to the old addage of shooting choppy and chopping shooty.

I love the idea! Incorporating some of the other ideas in the threat, I tried to make a couple of tweaks to put it in line with (but hopefully not as OP as) the Wraithknight:

Nemesis Dreadlord (400)

WS:5 BS:4 S:10 T:8 W:6 I:4 A:4 Ld:10 Sv:2+

Unit Type: Gargantuan Creature (Unstoppable, Fear, Fearless, FnP, Hammer of Wrath, Move Through Cover, Relentless, Smash, Strikedown)

Wargear
2x Avenger Psycannon

Special Rules
And They Shall Know No Fear (Standard for SM, just in case anything ever removes Fearless)
Nemesis Force Shielding
Preferred Enemy (Daemons)
Purity of Spirit,
Indomitable Aegis
Psyker (Mastery Level 2)

Psychic Powers
Banishment
Cleansing Flame

Options
Dreadlord Teleportation System (+100pts)
May replace one Avenger Psycannon with a Nemesis Titansword w/built in Twin-Linked Heavy Incinerator (free)
May replace one Avenger Psycannon with an Avenger Psilencer (free)

Avenger Psycannon
- Area - Rng 36", Str 8, AP3, Heavy 1, Large Blast, Overwhelm
- Focussed - Rng 36", Str 8, AP3, Salvo 3/6, Overwhelm

Avenger Psilencer
Rng 36", Str 6, AP-, Heavy 12, Twin-linked, Force (Soulbane)

Nemesis Titansword - Melee, Str D, Force (Soulbane)

Overwhelm - Rolls to wound of 6 count as a "Solid Hit" or "Seriously Wounded" on the Destroyer Table.
Force (Soulbane) - Force (Soulbane) follows all the rules for the Force psychic power. Additionally, models that suffer an unsaved wound from a weapon with Force (Soulbane) must take a Leadership test at the end of the shooting phase. If they fail, they are removed from the game.

Nemesis Force Shielding - 4+ invulnerable save

Indomitable Aegis - Any friendly unit within 12" (including the Nemesis Dreadlord) targeted by an enemy psychic power may re-roll any failed Deny The Witch rolls.

Dreadlord Teleportation System - Model becomes Type: Jump Gargantuan Creature, otherwise follows the rules for Personal Teleporter.

More tweaking probably needed. Not sure about some of the special rules, but I wanted to avoid having Str D weapons outright and keep with the anti-spirit aspect of the psilencer. Also not sure about the psychic powers... I figured Sanctuary was pretty broken (a 3++ is a little much, but maybe not?) but then Cleansing Flame from such a large base would be ridiculous. Maybe it's better being ML1 and just having Banishment and Force?

Adeptus Titanicus mentions Grey Knights having their own Titans for fighting daemons. I don't know if they were ever statted up.
