This is less fluffy than I would prefer, but it might actually allow me to hold my own in my store's "casual" tournaments, which are dominated by loyalist drones. The idea is for the sorcerer to serve as a shrouded delivery system for the spawn and prince early on and then turbo boost to shroud the oblits or critical scoring units. Invisibility could be a nice substitute for shrouding but would require the prince to swoop into assault position rather than join the shroud. This list is very dependent on good terrain placement and a decent roll on Telepathy, so if the sorcerer doesn't get shroud or invis, then the prince would have to roll on Telepathy instead of Biomancy. Tsons in rhino serve as a resilient forward scoring unit, CSM with plasma hold the safest backfield objective, and melta CSM camp on a compromised backfield objective. The heldrake, well, he just does what he does. This is my first attempt at a semi-competitive CSM list. C&C very much appreciated.

Not too much to be done without ditching the Tz part of your theme (Drop the sorc and TSons for Belakor).

You're never going to get t use that powerfist. If you drop the fist, Icon, CCW and VotLW, that's 64 points (IIRC) you could be putting towards a rhino and some more warm bodies for that melta gun.

Drop the other VotLW and now you can take your stuff out of Crimson slaughter and get ear for literally nothing since you can now take the normal CSM relics in a crimson slaughter list.

Alternately, drop the CSM for cultists and place all your objectives in cover so they can gtg for a 3+ or 4+ cover and hope they don't break.

MoT on the oblits can come in handy, especially against loyalist scum where Grav and/or plasma is going to be prevalent as you get a better save than MoN. Also means that in the open or camping in ruins gets you the same save, so you've got a bit more freedom with placement and such.

Have you thought about Be'lakor instead of the daemon prince you have set up, it guarantees invisibility and shrouding, better invulnerable save, biggest downside I can see is you can't pick up a spell familiar
