Greater Slaneeshi Daemons (Not only would they torture and kill you in creative yet excruciatingly painful and slow ways but they would then torture your soul for eternity as well).
By extension - Emperor's Children (Essentially Reavers = Rape you to death, eat you and stitch your skin into their clothes and hopefully in that order)
Flayed Ones (Stupidly tough to put down compared to humans and would inexorably chase you and when you tire it would flay you alive and put on your skin, probably whilst you're taking your last agonizing breaths)
Hrud (Even if you had the best body armour and weapons known to our civilization and killed the Hrud immediately after running in to it - you've lost YEARS if not DECADES of your life).
Either a Slaneeshi raiding party/DEldar raiding party, or being ripped to shreds by rippers or flesh borer rounds. The raiding parties are worse though, they want to keep you alive, the latter just wants the biomass, and has no problems with instantaneously killing you.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

"You need not fear us, unless you are a dark heart, a vile one who preys on the innocent; I promise, you can’t hide forever in the empty darkness, for we will hunt you down like the animals you are, and pull you into the very bowels of hell." Iron - Within Temptation
Hope you like the mind crushing dullness of filling out several forms and decade long waiting lines for your Imperial rations which are likely slightly worse for you than whatever rat you manage to catch and roast up for your family. Work 19 soul crushing hours and only get paid for 1 due to a typo? Don't worry they'll fix it up sometime during the next few centuries or so.

You never want to meet an annoyed Tech priest.... Becoming a servitor of any kind is a nightmare you can't wake up from. Trapping in your own body for eternity until you are disposed of in one way or another.
The process is... intrusive, painful, and otherwise unpleasant but it doesn't matter. You belong to the Omnissiah... And you will serve without question.

Flayed Ones are basically Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs.
Isn't the fainting a genetic disorder that appears in domestic goats? I would hardly call that defense mechanism.
One subset of goats has evolved with the disorder that they faint in distress, this is still a result of natural selection, even if it is not a good result.
Probably not the single worst thing but definitely up there: Parasite of Mortrex or however you spell it. Death by rippers bursting out of your bone marrow might be quick. But that sounds extremely painful and I really don't want to comprehend the pain of rippers growing from within your bones.
Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.
