Female Einherjar soldiers are in plans, but iy depends on sales of this squad, I`m afraid

Why weren't they mixed in with the initial batch rather than dangled as a carrot if these sell? You lose sales from people waiting to see if you make them...

First of all, squads are still high risk for us. They`re expencive to produce, takes a lot of work in design - but sales could be not so good as we expecting. We are love to experimenting, but we`re still small company with no spare cash. Second, it`s kinda very hard to make multipart kit with females AND males in it in non-heroic scale - and this kit should be priced reasonably. I totally agree, that female soldiers should be released, and we`re working on `em. That`s not a carrot, but solid fact - to release something new we should sell something first.

A whole new set of body sculpts being needed?

sales data that says 'line' females don't sell as well as men even if special characters might?

Yes, of course, there is need of different bodys - and different legs and, possibly, arms as well. In the small scale - 28mm - the tiniest differences in shoulder width would cause a troubles for multipart kit. For now we`re working with female versions of Law Enforcement Unit and I suppose this expirience will help us to make Einherjar`s women in a proper way.

As for the sales data - no, that`s not the point. Point is - we have no data that there is enough demand for the grotesque-soviet-themed winter soldiers in not-so-cheap resin at all. It` s experiment - in form we can afford with our finances and time schedule. As well as our new Revenant space elves. Oh, and we have female special character for Einherjar`s DXCVII in our range

Oh my! That witch looks so amazing I would consider starting an Eldar army with her, or at least a kill team.

Agreed. The captive unleashed is great from a technical standpoint but does nothing for me, but the comissar and the witch are fantastic.

The dual-wielding inquisitor should have his hands reposed. There is no way one can hold a blade with his knuckles turned against each other like that and effectively swing the sword. The knuckles should point in the same direction for it to work. Of course, one could argue that he isn't in a pose where he will strike with the sword, or that he will move his hands prior of striking it, but regardless I just think it looks goofy. Grab a hold of any kind of stick and try to swing it like a sword and you'll see yourself that it is pretty much impossible to make an effective swing like that.

Really excited about the potential space elves, but the previous models have been turned so...different, I'm not sure I'm on board with them. The overly-bone-scaly look doesn't match anything I'd use them with, unfortunately. Really frustrating because I love almost the entire Artel mini line except the space elves...the one race I play.

I've never understood why Eldar are soooo rare in the 3rd party resin market. Frustrating to say the least!

Hmm, grefven is right, with the hands held like that, almost no forward movement of the sword is possible. Arms need to be away from the chest to hold the sword correctly as well.

I like the new Gregor but I loved the one you showed a page or so back, I liked the sword pose more, and that face must have been Mark Strong inspired. Any chance you will go back to the original page?

I guess one can argue that this isn't a "fighting" pose, but one that is holding his sword defensively and ready to react if someone strikes at him. Then it would also make sense for the sword to be tucked against the chest. As a more of a static and defensive pose I guess it can make sense.

Not even much of a defensive pose, since you can only rotate to the top 180 degrees. His lower half is totally unprotected, Is going to have to rotate the left hand and move the sword away from his chest to do pretty much anything.

Very much so - both sets of knuckles should be facing forward, and the left arm cocked at the wrist, with the sword held further out. This would suit the background more too, in that the character it's based on is an expert swordsman.

Something similar to this is what I would suggest, and wouldn't take much alteration, I think.

On the topic of the sword: he's a white guy with a katana (folded over 900 times!). That's all you really need to know.

More importantly, that Scorpion design! If all your "Void Elves" are designed like that in future, I'll be very happy. Especially if the champion is a lady based on Drazhar.
