This was a blast to paint up. I almost feel like I need to do a rusted out barn or something to go with it.

It does not really look like rust it looks more like terracotta pottery IMO. There are so many ways to do rust and chipping.

Fantastic! That really looks like water-damaged paint! (you know, when the water seeps under the paint, then freezes, expanding and lifting the paint off in patches).
