IDK how many, but either way you can't use "old-school" liths because that would be weird. If you use old school liths, why can't I use Rogue trader Custodes?

Which I would counter with as many Broadsides as possible.

4 squads of 10 with 2 DLs per squad. Should be able to take out the tanks easily enough, while massed splinter shots then assault will destroy marbo as soon as he pops up.

Only 1-5 units that are the same, so you can't take a Russ Squadron and Marbo. Not only that but you can't take Marbo anyay, he's barred.

I've got around 50 guys, you got 3.
You fire around 18 shots, I fire 100.
You need to cause 13 casualties to force a LD-check, I just one.
Edit: I'm not Mathhammering this one. It might be a little bit more like this, or a little bit more like that. I'm based upoo assuming something (as you can probably conclude from the results) rather than worrying about the details.

Umm...you got fifty shots.
Also, you only deal ~2 wounds a turn, I deal enough to kill a squad a turn (a little over nine wounds, after rolling to wound and hit-no saves, no rapid fire, ~10.5 with)
Plus, with JSJ, I can kill all your guys without getting hit once so...
