You know I've been rather digging into the various fluff lately because it's actually been interesting to me, but I've started noticing small 'hints' to potential future armies or models. I think the most interesting ones I've noticed are the Grot Sky Pirates, which one can imagine what sort of weird creations they must make to fly through the air, and Winged Beastmen (Both within the Beastclaw Raiders book).

While not directly related, I do enjoy seeing that they mention the various factions isn't always within their own 'destruction', such as the Beastclaws that work as a mercenary faction with Fyreslayers for Loot, Food and Ur-Gold, and the Beastclaw's that dressed themselves up in Chaos Armor, marked with sigils of the Chaos Gods and serve Archaon (Still worship Gorkamorka above all else tho!), I wonder if this means that we won't see any Chaos Ogre factions with that as a mention.

I think it's more stating the possibilities and making room for player armies in the fluff, something GW has always been good about. Obviously shadowkin will be getting an army, as well as light-elves or whatever they come up with to associate with Tyrion. There's almost certainly a duradin army associated with grungni in the pipeline (likely the rumored 'steamhead' duradin).

However, I believe the best and most certain army will be the spawn of seventeen-headed Heptadecagors which are referred to in Godbeasts.

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

I've never actually gotten to the Campaign Books yet, not exactly too interested in em yet.

Though yeah, we have no real idea on the Realm of Shadow and Light at all so I suppose some fancy stuff may come from there.

And yeah, all of it is pretty much possibilities but it's always fun to speculate (Especially during the 40k release seasons )

Galveston County

There are the old regiments of renown that could be easily incorporated. Since time is essentially fluid now, you could field whole armies of the regiment when they weren't so renowned...

Also as they rename all of the GW TM items, I'm hoping they flesh out the Destruction and Death factions.

No madam, 40,000 is the year that this game is set in. Not how much it costs. Though you may have a point. - GW Fulchester
The Gatling Guns have flamethrowers on them because this is 40k - DOW III

Well there is one in the grand alliance death book.

"The Dark lord of Despair(Only person who has such a title is Krell and nagash considers him to be the despair of Death in end times and in sigmar's time hence nagash named him Mortarch of Desapir) rules over the rime - frozen Helspoint. His armies are a relic from the Age of Myth, but some whisper that the Lord himself is far older than that."

Yeah only person that could fit is Krell he existed in the old world which was 1k+ years ago and he was upgraded to a full lord choice in end times. He is most likely getting a model that would fit his station. As I said most likely but they would not put that paragraph there if they were not going to do anything with him. Plus his old model was turned into a generic wight king.

Well.......Just because his old model was turned into an generic wight king doesnt mean he wont get a new model. I mean, Mannfredds model is a generic vampire because he was promoted.
Archeons old model is a generic lord aswell because Drogon evolved.
I can certainly see Krell coming back with new shiny model that is on a frozen dragon.
