Not to derail, but are the Mats by Mars mats any good? The pricing seems amazing but I haven't encountered those out in the wild.

$11 for a mat is tempting, but 2' x 2' isn't a very large gaming surface, is it? I just have some railroad terrain grass mats and moss mats on sale. They're messy with flocking and moss, though.

I wasn't super impressed. There were some good deals to be had (super cheap Mantic battlezones jumped out at me).

All the deals I was interested in showed a few items still in stock when I was browsing..

I was hoping for more Star Wars Armada stuff. Their Back to School sale got me into the game at essentially 50% off everything.

Fantastic sale. I jumped on it and had checked out in the first like fifteen minutes of the sale. Got a ton of stuff at 50% off! Spent way too much money, of course...

I thought it was a pretty good sale, but I was on a budget so I only picked up one board game expansions. MM has become my go-to source for boardgame stuff. Their sales are great and it's definitely worth signing up for their "Daily Deals"

The key is to buy the stuff you want cheap when it appears and put it on "Customer Hold". They'll hold it for you for up to 60 days and you can slowly build up your order of bargains. Then when you've got $99 worth of orders waiting for shipment you can take advantage of free shipping.
