Hey Everyone,

The start collecting kit includes a specialist marine, who I built to be using the Grav gun.

However, I still have a flamethrower, a plasma gun, and a couple other things.

Can i use those instead of bolters on a generic marine?

How far can i go with the customizations? I put a power fist on my sergeant, which means i have a leftover chainsword and power sword. Would those be effective on a generic space marine?

The Start Collecting box should have a Tactical Squad kit; you'll be building them as either one ten-man squad with one sergeant, one special weapon, one heavy weapon, and seven bolters, or two five-man squads with one sergeant, one special or heavy weapon, and three bolters each. You can't go very far with the customization, unfortunately.

Do you have the Codex? It will answer these questions much faster than posting a thread up here will.
