Been Looking over Autilon Skorr's Rules Recently
For the Measly Cost of 125 Points you get:
WS/BS/I5 2W, 3 Attacks, S/T4
2+ Save
5++ Invun
Ability to Take Rites of War
Master Crafted Power Axe
LD10
Can Take a Command Squad as a Retinue
Can force Turn 5-6 and Gets FNP 3+ and Fearless when he does
And the Best Bit
If he is the Warlord, He may Select his WT if it is from the Stategic Traits in the BRB (Master of Ambush Comes to Mind)
So, Can Anyone Else think they can post a Better HQ in terms of Abilities and Points Cost?

First of all, he's 30k (different sub-forum)
Secondly, killing him grants an extra VP to your opponent.
Thirdly, he's not Fearless.
Fourth, where are you getting the force Turn 5-6, 3+ FnP, and Fearless from?
Fifth, he just as Delegatus who pays for selecting his WT with 25pt and less equipment options.
Sixth, why the bizarre capitalising of words?
As this is a 30k issue, I'd say an Alpha Legion Praetor with Cataphractii, Power Dagger, Digital Lasers, and Master-crafted Paragon Blade is substantially better, point for point.

Farseer on jetbike with whatever trinkets you need [115]
I'm really not sure that anything even comes remotely close to how good a farseer on jetbike is for 115 points. Maaaaaaaybe buffmander, but probably not.
Edit: Maybe an inquisitor with servo skulls [34], preventing scout and d6 less scatter is pretty great for the price. Coteaz is also pretty incredible for 100 points, though not so much against some armies compared to DS and reserve heavy armies.

Jetbike Farseer is a hard one to argue with. If you want to knock it off the pedestal the field is probably some Tau commander build, some Daemon Herald build, Be'lakor, Coteaz, or Severin Loth. If anything else belongs in the top field it's probably an Imperialis Militia or Renegade command squad, going to take a look over their detachment benefits and see.
(Honourable mention to Crowe, who may not do much himself but enables semi-normal function in his Codex by existing.)

I think forcing your opponent to reroll successful Seizes is more useful than the Interceptor thing. Beyond that he's not too impressive.
The dirtiest HQ in the game, in my opinion, is Korsarro Khan in a mech Spice Maroons army. The whole army gets Scout. That's 10 vehicles plus bikes and Attack Bikes driving halfway down your throat before the game even starts. And that's terrible. Automatically Appended Next Post:

FYI, Autilon Skorr rule's are a dounloadable PDF marked "Experimental Rules" and may only be used in a 30K Alpha Legion Crusade list. Rules HERE.
There is nothing special about this guy that stands out in a 30K army. He'd probably get squished like a bug fairly fast.

He's a 30k special character. If you want a really badass HQ, just look at Anacharis Scoria WS: 5 BS: 5 S:5 T:6 I:5 W:5 A:4 Ld:10 Sv 2+ once all the wargear is said and done. He's got: a 3+ invuln and re-rolls all the tests except Leadership and Dangerous Terrain. Can join units of monstrous creatures for a bodyguard. Has Move Through Cover and Hardened Armour. He's got IWND too. Has 2 str6 AP3 twin-linked shots, 2 Str6 AP2 Blind shots, and either 1 inferno pistol or one flamer that can all be fired in the same phase. He's stubborn. There's probably something I'm forgetting too. His melee weapon is the Vodian Sceptre, which does d3 automatic wounds per hit at AP2 or one automatic hull point. The weapon ignores FNP and IWND. EDIT: For reference, Scoria beats all the primarchs except Horus with whom he ties, coming down to one or two dice rolls to see who is left. Either way, if Horus is standing he has 1 wound with no chance of IWND and if Scoria is standing he can at least start to regenerate if he wants. I did forget 1 thing - FNP! He has that. And Cybertheurgy for buffing robots and himself if he's attached to them, giving himself and them re-rolls to hit in combat and +1 Move, Run, and Charge distances. He also lets robots sweeping advance when they otherwise would be disallowed, and something else that I forget as well, I think.

Man you guys need to play more obscure armies more often.
For 100 points Uriah Jacobus:
Zealot, 3 wounds, a bad ass shot gun, war hymns, increases sisters saves to 5++, when he dies everyone passes their leadership and moral checks automatically for a turn, has the stat line of an IG company commander, gives a unit he joins a free bonus act that is automatic, AND, AND:
Has a banner that makes all FRIENDLY models within 12" Fearless and counter attack.
If you are looking for a cheap force multiplier, he is it for imperial armies.

He's not even Experimental anymore, they put his rules in HH Book 6, along with a handful of other characters like Tybalt Marr.
