Some suggestions to save points, you could for the tactical squads take 5 man, 1x Heavy Flamer, and 2x Hand Flamer on the Sgts. That way ALL of your flamer weapons can shoot out of the Rhino without anyone getting out.
For adding anti-tank, some suggestions include drop pod command squad with 3 melta (could add storm shields too), assault squad with melta,
Dev squad with Lazcannons, or
Dev squad in Rhino with 2x Grav-Cannons. You could also potentially take a melta gun instead of a heavy flamer on one of your Furiosos.
Well I was slightly banking on the 3 Dreadnoughts punching at S10 with 5 attacks on the charge to provide some more anti-tank.
That is a fair point on the Tacticals though, doing that would save me 150pts.
This list focuses more on what I currently own, so Command squads, Drop Pod Assault squads and Lascannon/Grav-cannon Devastators are out :/

TH/
SS librarians and most of the
HQ choices. I could also wiggle in a dreadnought.
However all transports are in use so it's walking or jumping :/
