Ares Aterides OUT NOW!

Trained as infiltration units, the Aterides are the Ares light infantry units. After the emancipation wars against the Operators, the Ares army was in need of a rapid response unit capable of being deployed in short time and that could be easily transported. A new unit to combat new threats.

Riffs Berserkers OUT NOW!

The Riff organism is a perfect example of adaptation to the environment. In the early days of the empire's expansion, the Riffs who lived in systems with more aggressive solar radiation levels began to evolve with larger, more resilient bodies. The Berserkers are proof of this. Born on planets that would be mortal to man, this unit constitutes the evolutionary perfection of the Riff empire.

Sayx Nightstalkers OUT NOW!

Few corporations can compete with the military supremacy of Sayx Enterprises. However in politics not all wars are won on the battlefield. Sometimes you have to act with secrecy and delicacy and that what happens in the shadows never sees the light. When these occasions arrive, Sayx fields the Nightstalkers.

Harvesters Warping Drones OUT NOW!

It is believed that initially the Warping Drones were used to control the units of Necroslaves. However the development of the Cybermaster and the efficiency of the Warping Drones as a support unit made them gain a spot between the regular ranks of the Harvester annihilation machine.

The models for this look great, but did anyone actually play the game from the KS?

Yeah the translation was a bit clunky but after a couple of games and a good read it is quite fun.

Your last point is especially laughable and comical, because not only the 7th ed Valkyrie shown dumber things (like being able to throw the troopers without parachutes out of its hatches, no harm done) - Irbis

on the forum. Obviously

That still doesn't really help.
For example, what is Fallen Frontiers? Is it a board game? A table top war game? What scale does it use? Is it a company level game or a skirmish game?
There is a lot of information missing. Spamming a forum with threads in all caps with nothing but pictures and no information is not how one effectively does marketing.

And I don't think any of these are 'new' in terms of not already available from the KS.

So, if you pledged there and got everything you wanted for your faction, these aren't new to you!

I clicked some links and still didn't see any mention of what material these are made out of. Anyone know?

They are very good quality resin Bob.

Scale has a lot of experience with resin casting.

They are resin miniatures. They fall into the 35mm category but some of them scale well with games like Infinity but would look out of place for WH40K.

I've got quite a big problem with my Kickstarter pledge, and I'm not getting any responses from them...

Anyone have a good contact email for them?

there's a support group on facebook that seems more active than the official page

https://www.facebook.com/groups/fallenfrotiersSS/

and they've got a new US webpage (there's an email address under contact us which I won't add to reduce the bot load on it)

https://scale75usa.myshopify.com/

Have you tried messaging them on FB? It says they typically respond in a day (never tried it myself with them, but have had surprising success doing this with other companies that didn't respond to emails).

I'll try that one as well - thanks!

Another good idea - I've sent them a message on FB too now - thanks for this too!

Backed the successful Kickstarter but then missed the eventual delivery of my stuff when I was hiking.
Haven't responded to the request for 31 more Euros to re-ship.
Thus ends my adventures in the Fallen Frontiers!

I thought that you received your pledge ages ago, what happened?

That's a real shame. I wonder, is it unreasonable of them to ask the customer to pay to re-ship?

Shipping overseas is pretty brutal, it's a huge potential cost for a small company, I certainly understand not being able to eat it.
If I had known it had shipped I could have made accommodations for having it picked up.

Ultimately whatever interest I had dwindled over the year or so of delay to the point where it's not worth sending another $44 (Can) after whatever I initially spent.

Lot's of missing models - basically all the Riffs from the Sayx vs Riffs box set.

The quantity of models looks OK because apparently I was sent 2 of the Ares starter sets by mistake...

A real shame too, as the sculpts are nice and the quality of the casts is phenomenal!

Hopefully they can help sort this out for me...

Good news - I heard back from them and my Riffs miniatures will be shipping out to me next week!

Thanks for all the help everyone!

Good news, and thumbs up to them for a decent response

I got a positive reply from: " scalesoldier (at) gmail . com" which shows up as "Service Scale Soldier".

Hopefully everything ships out next week and then I can get going on assembling and painting - and waiting for the new stuff to get released here!
