Anyone else getting delays with their orders at the minute? I ordered by express delivery 5 days ago and it still hasn't been dispatched yet. Is this due to the HH weekender or am I just unlucky?

I emailed them but got no response.

Nope. I placed a Forgeworld order on Tuesday, and it shipped yesterday. Maybe there's an issue with your order? Low stock or something?

Email them. They are generally very responsive. The weekend has started, though. Hopefully they reply Monday?

No man, not the only one. I ordered Lancer and Contemptor on tuesday as well, still haven't received any message it's been posted.

5 days with express? I have had models from China be shipped sooner then that!

Same here, I placed an order this tuesday with express delivery and it hasn't been dispatched yet either. I did email them this morning but I haven't gotten a response yet. My whole order was in stock at the time of payment too.

I recently placed an order of in stock items. Order was placed on Jan25, shipped Jan27, and received Feb2 (in Canada).

It's possible that you ordered in-stock items at the same time a someone else, or they noticed flaws in the in-stock item. If they only manually update the 'in-stock' data rather than having the webstore keep track of it, I can see that happening a lot.

I've got a useful update, I haven't heard from forgeworld yet but they use UPS for express shipping. UPS will not ship to PO boxes without extra information and even then they sometimes wont. If you've placed an order an got express delivery to a PO box that may explain a delay.

It is annoying. I'm waiting to put in another order for £300+ but want to find out why my other order is delayed first.

This isn't just you; I've got an order I made Sunday 1/22 (with express shipping) that I still haven't gotten a shipping notification for. Emailed them on Wednesday, still haven't heard anything.

Ok, this is ridiculous. I made a new order yesterday with Express Shipping and got a Dispatch confirmation this morning but my order from a week ago is still listed as pending.

2 emails to Forgeworld and still no reply, not impressed.

I've got 2 orders I put in on the 24th and have only just got shipping confirmation.

All in stock items like yours and still waiting.

Another update on the delays: I just got off the phone with forgeworld, some orders are being delayed due to poor casting on certain parts, for me it's the tracks on the spartan assault tank. They said it will be a couple more days at least.

They do say that they have 14 days to dispatch the delivery. the express delivery is how long it will take once the order is shipped not how long it will take to get to you.

being in stock can mean that it is a common product that get recast on a weekly/daily basis. If there is a bad fault with a set of casts that will delay stuff.

Finally had a chance to ring them, mine was tracks on the rapier laser destroyer. Must be different tracks on the graviton rapier as they were sent straight out.
