Operation Atlantic Resolve has only continued to grow over the last couple of years, but yeah... our "surety" is in question.
We've placed an entire Combat Aviation Brigade out there, the same amount of Army aviation footprint in Afghanistan, an active warzone, but we can't be sure of our resolve to defend our NATO partners, who can't put up to defend themselves.
Just last week we did a large scale jump of the 82nd Airborne into Europe to show them of our resolves and ability to put more troops on the ground in within 12 hours of hostilities breaking out.

And, to be honest as far as ANTIFA goes, only time will tell. Trump seems overly fond of authoritarianism. We may or may not see troops moving from house to house rounding up Americans, but his stance on the rule of law is troubling. On one side, it may be nothing, but remember that Nazi Germany didn't wake up one morning with camps and death squads either.

Yes, I understand the US has a lot of technical ability to offset Russian aggression. What I'm saying is that twice in the last 10 years, Russia has acted aggressively towards it's neighbors, and the US hasn't done anything. You're saying that the presence of wargames and training indicates what hasn't actually happened when it came down to it for Georgia or Ukraine. These are objective, impersonal facts.
And both of these incidents were under and administration at least willing to pay lip service to international obligations! Trump isn't even willing to do that. He's willing to say that the head of state of our closest ally has "a special place in hell" because he embarrassed him.
Trump hasn't even been willing to defend the US against Russian aggression. There is overwhelming evidence that Russia interfered in the US presidential election in 2016. Trump has chosen to do nothing other than pretend it didn't happen. I can understand that impulse, because as the beneficiary of said interference, he has the option of A.) Admitted that his campaign colluded in said interference, which is mostly not true, B.) admitting his campaign (and therefore himself) were functionally useful idiots, which is mostly true, or C.) denying in the face of all evidence what is now impossible to dispute by all but the most shameless partisans.
So no, despite the faux outrage and exasperation you're posting, you're not able to give a compelling reason to think that Trump would be willing to militarily intervene against Russian aggression against Europe because such reasons don't exist. It's impossible to know how Trump would respond because it's going to vary by how overt and deniable said aggression is, tempered with the fact that Trump's plans seem to vary by the last person he spoke with.

I think that will be quite different when American soldiers die. Which will inevitably happen if Russia gets aggressive against the Baltics. When that happens, I am pretty sure Trump will switch to his 'fire and fury' rhetoric quickly enough. And I think that is the real reason for the US presence in Europe. Too small to put up much of a fight in a conventional war, but boy will there be a massive gakstorm should anything happen to them. So whatever the foreign policies of the government in charge in Washington, I am pretty sure the US presence in Europe will continue to be an effective deterrent in the areas where they are stationed. No US government would ever ignore an attack on their troops. But yeah, in cases of less overt aggression? I don't think Trump will do anything. But that wasn't any different under Obama either. The GRU and others have been happily sabotaging the Baltics for years now.
