Could anyone tell me what Citadel colors the base black and the highlights (roughly) are? I'd like to make my BT looks similar to this one, but I'm not sure what the colors are.

I cant say for 100%, but I get the exact same effect by following this method.

Chaos Black base
Dawnstone Grey highlights
Drakenhof nightshade wash all over

It looks like really strict highlights, the gleam on his helmet tells me whoever painted it knows what they're doing.

I wouldn't say it would be fully washed by blue under grey highlights, the blue wash would blotch the black a little with a matte film.

It looks like black base coat and thinned blue and white highlights on all the edges that matter.

It looks to me like a blue grey up to near white.

I.e. Fenris grey (or whatever its called now) adding skull white each layer, I think theres a total of 3 Highlight layers here
