Subject: Building a Custodes army

So I'm going good to try grinding out 2500pt list of custodes for a tournament coming up, but I don't know what their rites of wars are. What kinda of slots do they have with HQ, troops, and etc. I'm trying to just get a bulk order from fw not the book and wait a couple weeks then choose how I wanna build my list.

Generally you take a Tribune, small squads, transports or transponders, as many jetbikes as you can find, and Dreadnaughts/Hetaeron/Aquilon to intercept serious melee units (Custodian Guards are pretty scary, but you don't want to get them into a fight with melee Terminators or Primarchs if you can possibly avoid it).
If you're not dead-set on making a completely Custodes army the Sisters of Silence are immensely helpful for controlling space and holding objectives. It may also be worth looking at allied Legion or Auxilia forces for volume/bodies/AA firepower.

You build the army exactly as you would any army. Using the age of darkness foc.
They have 2 troops. Shield and sword or guardian spears no mix and matching.
They also have 2hqs valdor or the shield captain/tribune.
Keep in mind they currently have no dedicated Lord of wars and no ability to ally as fw didn't give them an allies chart slot.
