Morning all, I've finally got around to getting my grubby little paws on the new codex and thought I would throw together a quick non-tournament list for casual games. Most of these models have been brought and assembled and a mini list was playtested the other night against 'Nids (my main opponent). A few things first off is I don't like alien troops so there will be no Kroot or others and for the most part this will be a semi-static force, should we play objectives then I should be able to move comfortably and cap, so without further ado...

HQ Division:-

Commander
Missile pod x2
Advanced targeting system
Multi-tracker

Crisis battlesuit bodyguard team x3
Missile pod x6
Advanced targeting system x3

Infantry Division:-

Fire warrior fire team alpha x12
Shas’ui
Attached Guardian drone

Fire warrior fire team bravo x12
Shas’ui
Attached Guardian drone

Fire warrior fire team charlie x12
Shas’ui
Attached Guardian drone

Support Division:-

Pathfinder reconnaissance team x10
Attached Markerlight Drones x2

Crisis battlesuit team x3
Plasma rifles x3
Missile pods x3
Advanced targeting system x3

Armour Division:-

Hammerhead battle tank w/ Longstrike
Smart missile system
Seeker missiles x2

Total cadre points cost: - 1241

Total cadre combat points:- 68

So thats the cadre and it seems pretty simple to me, my battlesuits and commander I'm planning on having held back and using the Manta strike I believe it's called to drop in behind his lines and unleash sweet sweek dakka, the Hammerhead is for his big boys etc. I'm cautious about the costs of the missile pods and tempted to take Cyclic Ion blasters instead but I've no idea how effective they are. His list to give you an idea is genestealers, carnifex, harpies and a few others I cant think of right now. So thoughts and opinions.

With that many fire warriors and since you intend to play a static force, throw in an ethereral and a cadre fireblade. Reroll 1s and an extra shot at half range, will kill most things.

If you are planning to Mantastrike, missile pods are probably not the best choice. Fusion blasters are generally better for the deepstriking roles. Get some flamers on them, let them burn in your overwatch. Though with that list, you can have a deathball of firewarriors and misslepod crisis suits, with the long range you don't need to bother with the deepstrike. Crisis suits are expensive for what they do, and missile pods are the most pricey weapon options. If you really need that S7 shots, keep it as it is. The general consensus on crisis suits is they are not too point inefficient. But for casual games I'm sure they are fine.

For your commander, don't bother with the multitracker. It's more efficient to just get another weapon.

You need some sacrificial drones. Drones are amazing for how much they cost and what they can do. Throw in a few drone controllers and take more gun drones.

I would split the pathfinders into 2 units. Have a pathfinder team on both flanks will give you coverage of the whole table.

Note that with the new FAQ, Longstilke can move and shoot and still hit on 2+. So Longstrike is an autoinclude and is now on my to paint list. Whilst drones can only take shots for battlesuits and infantry. The bodyguard can take shots for longstrike. So that's a possible way to keep him alive.
