Hello, as the title says, I m looking for models, more likely zombie models, to be used as poxwalkers. One thing is anvil industry zombies, but I m asking for feedback, any suggestions?

Mantic zombies are both good and cheap.
What's wrong with the poxwalkers?
A lot of why you may not like them, if the problem is aesthetic, is the GW scheme. They look super goofy painted in bright colours.
Take a look at the sprues if you're not sure.

Everyone: No.

Thanks for the advise, really appreciated it. I like their rules, the walking dead, but models remind kind of cartoon, not zombie. And I had tried to get a zombie theme force since last apocalypse book, where there was rules for zombie Apocalypse.

Have a look at Wargames Exclusive's Krieg Zombies. That's what I'll be using.

Does AoS still sell Zombies from the Fantasy line? Might be worth a look.

Edit: They do:

I have been using fantasy zombies since 6th edition for Typhus zombie lists. Some of the models need resculpting, but they sorta fit in... I ainted mine the same colors as my Cultists, so all together they look okay.

But the Fantasy zombies are just as cartoony. Theyre wearing capes, pantaloons, and bandages for shoes. Some have man buns, and broken jaw bandages, and their heads are even more disproportionate. With a little carving from an exacto they start looking more 40k appropriate.

Still, its a pretty okay kit. I've scoured ebay and nabbed 40 of them cheap.

Imperial guardsmen mixed with zombie sprues (any multi part) The way I see it a lot of their numbers come from the enemies dead.

I've been playing a while, my first model was a lead marine and my first White Dwarf was bound with staples

Buy the old warhammer fantasy zombies before they go bye bye, take a ton of guard bits everyone has lying around, and pow, pox walkers.

I think I'm using the mantic ones? I picked them up on ebay, they look like zombie guardsmen.

Can;t stand the new poxwalkers. Stupidly bad aesthetic.

Are you talking about the grin? Because in the fluff the zombie plague and the curse of the walking pox are different things (although functionally on the tabletop they're both Poxwalkers). The rictus grin (which is disturbing and not cartoon-like at all IMO. Trust me. I second the paint scheme criticism. Here are mine add in a load of Nurgle's Rot and BTFBG and they look truly horrific) is kinda a big part of their appearance and is part of the horror element to them.

You want Plague Zombies by the dozens and you want them cheap? Then grab a bag of Zombies (100 models, $ 12.99) from the ZOMBIES!!! boardgame (Twilight Creations, Inc.). There are also female zombies up for sale (bag of babes, 100 models, $ 12.99).

https://www.twilightcreationsinc.com/shop

I use the male zombies for 9th Age and the female zombies for 40K. You only need to supply the models with bases.

I am using straight up skeletons from the fantasy line as my box walkers, it fits my undead nurgle theme. As for zombies, I second the idea of fantasy zombies. I have been using mine as plauge bearers, but yeah they can fit just fine for pox walkers.

The Strain phase 1s from Sedition Wars have a nice techno-zombie feel, and boxes of that can be had for next to nothing sometimes.
