dean looks at a panel on the wall and checks it over takes one last look at it and rips it straight off the wall he looks at it and says " right , this has to be atleast a good few inches thick
so lets see if this will stop the door!." he says take a breath and takes careful aim to make sure it lands perfect and lands onto the rails of the door hoping it will jam ( if a number is needed to see if
the door jams i pick : 7 )

I rig three of my grenades so it takes a trigger to ignite them. "Dab get behind some cover", i prepare my rifle before i blow the door down

OOC: Thought they were blast doors and resistant to blasts.

BIC:

"Command, was seeking advisement, will proceed with explosives." Dab replies as he pulls out his remaining grenades and plants them near the door, he begins to prepare them as improvised charges.

Placing the charges on the ruined door, DAB backs away as the Specter rolls a grenade towards the door. The mycomorphs stay where they are, eyes fixed on the pair of them. The resulting explosion vaporizes several of the nearest horrors, sending the twisted blast door sailing down the corridor, only to embed itself in a wall. The pale scraggly face of a man in a patient's gown peeks around the corner, ducking back inside as bullets from the Specter's rifle whiz past his head. The mycormorphs surge forward what only can be described as glee, freakish limbs scything as they crash against the now sealed door from whence the face peered. Within, Rachel cursed, looking for a way to escape their impending doom. Her eyes fall upon a section of vent grating. She pries it off, screaming for her companions to follow her into the vents.

Dave jams the multi-tool into the control panel, sending sparks flying as he welds bits together. The door slows down as he works, before eventually stopping entirely, sliding back into it's slot. The sounds of gibbering and gunfire can be heard from ahead, but do to the acoustics of the Foundry, it could be coming from anywhere.

DAB rushes through the gap, reaching the door as soon as the unmen batter it down with their mad limbs. He watches as the mycomorphs crawl into the vent, hot on the heels of the fleeing nonstandards.
