From the article about violent anti trump protestors in Portland:

Police said many demonstrators were "trying to get anarchist groups to stop destroying property" and that "anarchists" were refusing to do so. Demonstrators at many points shouted "peaceful protest."

The unrest led to 25 arrests, police said early Friday. Some protesters hurled bottles, shot fireworks and taunted police in riot gear who blocked streets and told the crowd repeatedly to disperse. The crowd grew to 4,000 people at one point.

Gregory McKelvey, spokesman for the new Portland's Resistance organization, said that the group's protest wasn't responsible for the violence.

Resistance leaders organized a fundraiser to repair the damage and said they're partnering with Latino civic engagement organization Milenio to raise money for damaged businesses. They also set up a GoFundMe page, which has raised more than $13,000 on Friday afternoon.

I recall that BLM had some Russian trolls posing as members to post inflammatory content with the intent of damaging their image, driving them towards heavier extremes, and fostering further unrest between US social groups. Success on all counts.

US is hostile bully that's just looking for it's own power. It's not good guys. It's not leader of free world. It's just big bully with biggest guns.

Nevermind. Scrolling back, I see someone referred to Sanders as being akin to Goebbels in terms of cuplability. You then extrapolated this into pretending he said "all republicans are nazis".

It was a bad comparison (no argument there) that was responded to in bad faith.

Just my historical tidbit; it depends on the Division. Generally speaking the lower the division number the more well trained and led it was. Lots of SS divisions were rushed out with substandard logistics and ill trained troopers. Others were maintained at top quality as far as soldiering goes... you know ignoring all the war crimes

And really Jihadin some people might be donkey-caves about it but their donkey-caves. Nazi Germany is like Zeon. Everyone loves Panzers because they have the cool factor, just like the noble Zaku

The bad guys will always have an appeal to them outside of real life, and anyone who decided to be an donkey-cave about that is just an donkey-cave.

Well, the Zaku would be more like the Panzer I or II, depending which Zaku you are talking about. By the time peeps start loving Panzers, we at about the Gelgoog J or Kämpfer.

Personally, I am more of a Zaku FZ or F2 Type.

Lots of posts on this thread have called Trump officials or supporters Fascists. This is old hat that gets trotted out every Republican administration. The only difference is that it's not just extremist left wing elements doing it.

Again by calling them Fascist you allow that their opinions and actions aren't just wrong but inherent ly evil. Thus justifying disruption and violence.

Lets for a moment look at what the left has brought to the world: Stalin, Mao, and yes, Hitler. Ironic the names being thrown around because some people voted for Trump.
