I appear 10" away, and because you need to roll for Night Fighting, halfing the result, you need to be within 9". So I am safe, then move and assault, each attack hitting on 3+ rerolling 1s, wounding on 2+ with 5+ rending and ID, in addtion to my Flesh Hooks which are Str 6 and rending on 5+. Then I disappear and reappear next to the others.

He isn't apoc, and I am fairly certain 225 was his points cost before the IA reboot. And the marshal wouldn't be able to catch him. He just isn't fast enough. That wouldn't have a chance of killing R'alai. And I could instant kill two XV88's a turn with my assault 2 lascannon. But really, I have a 3++ and two ablative wounds (uh, I mean marker drones) Also, three broadsides is 210, plus you HAVE to take a support system, so 225 at minimum if you take a multi-tracker, or 240 for good upgrades.
