Hello, could you please recommend me some good spray paint to basecoat Salamanders because GW doesn't sell any.

Army painter do a range of sprays. They currently have 3 shades of green on the go depending on how dark you want your Sallies to be.
Here's a comparison shot of the 3 paints

They also do an "Army Green", though it's not suitable for Salamanders according to their normal imagery (more of an emerald colour)

I can confirm that the Angel Green is a very close match to the Dark Angels colour scheme, as I used it to base my DA's from the last 40K boxset.
I think Sallies are meant to be a bit brighter, so Greenskin would probably work best for you.

The answer to your question is Army Painter Desert Yellow.
Hear me out.
You start with the dark yellow base and then completely cover it with a translucent green wash. A gentleman posting as "Epic Duck Studios" has a Salamanders YouTube tutorial and I think the results are absolutely gorgeous. If I ever do a space marine army, this is going to be the paint scheme, without a doubt.

I use Army Painter Greenskin and it matches the GW paint scheme almost exactly. Highlight with moot green and you're golden.
